Google Earth and Refugees

Google Earth has partnered with the United Nations High Commission on Refugees, to add a graphical layer to Google Earth raising awareness about the plight of refugees.

I made a short video in lieu of breakfast to show how you can leverage this tool:

Yes, thanks. A neat tutorial, but I just 'lost' 2 hours playing with Google Earth ;)

I was going to ask how you produced the video, but I found this mefeedia post which mentions 'Garageband' in the description.

More Googling indicates that said app is only available for the Apple platform?

Whew! That could have cost me lots more than just 2 hours :O
